CareCredit

Huber Dental works hand-in-hand with CareCredit Patient Payment Plans. CareCredit offers special financing options to patients at a reasonable rate through use of a CareCredit credit card. This credit card allows you to make easy monthly payments for dental treatments, rather than delaying treatment for financial reasons. Please contact our office for more details. Insurance

As a service to our patients, our dental practice accepts most dental insurance PPO programs and traditional or indemity type plans. We are not part of any managed care network In addition, as a courtesy, our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we would like to remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. At your request our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will have an idea what your benefits will be. However, please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated and that the estimates are not a guarantee of payment.
